1. Nature of the service

seg-audit is a decision-support tool that produces financial and control reports from your system's data. The reports are not a formal audit opinion and are no substitute for a licensed statutory auditor unless a named responsible auditor signs off on them. Every report is marked “draft” until a human approves it.

2. Data accuracy

Every figure in a report is derived from your system's data or is printed as “not available” — no fabricated numbers (the Zero-Hallucination rule). The accuracy of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of your source data.

3. Acceptable use

You undertake that you are authorised to access the data of the entity you connect, and that you will not misuse the service or attempt to circumvent its technical or security limits.

4. Subscription and payment

A limited free plan and paid plans are available (see the pricing page). The refund terms, their window, and how to request them are set out in the refund policy.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the reports without professional review. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your subscription.
