A ledger that cannot be edited silently
Every action is written to a hash-chained ledger scoped to your organisation alone. Editing a row directly in the database is detected — we tested it ourselves.
Your system key never passes through your browser
It is held in a secrets vault and fetched on the server at request time only.
Each organisation's data is isolated
Every query is scoped to your organisation. Asking for something you do not own is answered “not found”, never “forbidden”.
An approval is bound to the version it approved
Approving a report binds it to the fingerprint of its content; regenerating it voids the approval instead of carrying it over to content nobody has seen.
